The Kappa Rho Chapter here at American University is proud to announce our 11th annual Derby Days! This year the theme will be "Home Run Derby".
Derby Days is the nationwide philanthropy of The Sigma Chi Fraternity to raise money for Huntsman Cancer Foundation. The Huntsman Cancer Foundation is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The foundation was started by Jon Huntsman, a Sigma Chi, and his wife Karen.
By funding efforts to better understand the beginnings of cancer and more effectively treating it, the Huntsman Cancer Foundation will help relieve suffering and improve the quality of life for cancer patients, survivors and their families.
This year Derby Days will include a Broomball Night, Date Auction, A Cappella night, Z-Burger Night, Field Games and much more!
The AU community and public are strongly encouraged and invited to compete for prizes in this week long event. If you would like more information or would like to donate please contact Brother Christopher Grochowski at (609) 221-4915, or just click the donate button below.
